- You have an option to have a 7-day free trial to enroll as many courses as you wish. Once you purchase the course, you can always end your subscription for the following month here.

What do the templates look like?
- At Symtoi we provide a blank template for you to work on and a completed template so you can see how it should look.
How do I create an account?
- Creating an account is easy, just click on start for free to create your free account. You can upgrade your account at any time to join the premium plan.
How long does a course take?
- There is no deadline to finish your course. We however encourage learners to complete their studies as quickly as possible so that you can proceed your next steps (e.g apply for your dream roles)

I’ve been unemployed for 2 years. Can Symtoi help me?
- Though recent graduates and new hires find Symtoi more relevant to their career preparation, our learning materials are designed to upskill those who are relatively new to the Skill Areas we offer. Hence as long as you know your purpose of using Symtoi (i.e to break into a career in agile/ product/ business analysis), Symtoi is definitely relevant and helpful.
I’m not in the UK. Is Symtoi learning materials applicable to me?
- Yes, Symtoi is relevant to your career preparation regardless of your location. The reason we focus on the UK market is because the agile career growth potential here is steadily stronger than in other countries. Symtoi covers the global top 5 soft skills and hard skills needed from 2020 [Link to tbc] which means we took into account geographical differences. Moreover, the engineering team constantly updates the learning content to suit all cultures, potential social changes, and regulation. No worry regarding location difference is needed!
I may consider transitioning to a product role but not in the near future. Will studying with Symtoi prepare me for the career transition?

Referral
How do I refer someone?
- When you are logged in to your Symtoi account, on the home screen look on the right-hand menu bar. You will see the option ‘Referrals’ click that and you will be presented with your options.
What can I do if my friend signed up but forgot to use the referral link?
- No problem! Send us a quick email to hello@symtoi.com with the email address of the person you referred. Also confirm your account email address as well. We will add your discount manually.
I’ve referred a few people already. When will my discount start?
- After your referred members become active subscribers (ie. they sign-up for a full, paying account, not a trial account), the referral discount will be applied to your next monthly subscription fee.
How long will my discount last?
- Your discount will remain active for as long as your referrals remain with Treehouse as paying members. If they cancel, your discount will be adjusted accordingly.
I’m on an annual plan, do I earn a discount if I refer someone?
- Absolutely! The referral discount will be applied towards your next annual subscription fee payment. Discounts are calculated on the day of renewal so make sure you have all your referrals in place by then!
Will I still get my discount if my referrals sign up for a trial account?
- Unfortunately, no. Your referrals need to sign-up for a full, paying account to earn your discount.
How much is the discount?
- You’ll earn 20% off your subscription fee for every member you invite. At 3 active subscriptions you will get 1 month free.
